Hello everyone! I'm back with another post. This time, I'm going to be doing a quick review of Figuarts Zero's Perhona from One Piece. This is the Thriller Bark edition and not the New World / Sailing Again edition. If you ask me, I prefer Perhona in the Thriller Bark arc since I think her costume is better and her color scheme is quite good at that time. She looks like candy by looking at her predominantly pink colors. And I also prefer her younger version during the Thriller Bark arc as compared to the more mature version of herself after the timeskip.
Perhona (sometimes just Perona) first appeared in the Thriller Bark storyline. She used to serve under Gekko Moriah, the Shichibukai, but now she is seen tagging along Dracule Mihawk. It seems that Perhona has also developed somewhat of a relationship with Zoro since the both of them were taking up residence in Dracule Mihawk's mansion after the Sabaody Arc.
Perhona's devil fruit power (Hollow Hollow Fruit / Horo Horo no Mi Fruit) allows her to produce ghosts which can drain the morale and the confidence of their victims. As you can see, there are two ghosts included in the figuarts zero figure. As a tribute to her fruit, Perhona has a peculiar laugh that goes "hororororo." Perhona also has an umbrella which she sometimes uses to fly. Perhona has a stuffed bear servant - Kumashi, which is unfortunately not included in the figure. The bear, Kumashi, is much more prominent in her later appearances after the 2-year timeskip as Perhona is seen carrying him around when she reappeared.
Usopp was her primary opponent in the Thriller Bark story and he was the one who defeated her also. It's interesting to see a more mature version of Perhona after the 2-year skip from Sabaody.
The figure of Perhona includes only one head but, if you ask me, it would have been nice if they included her shocked face in this figure. This figuarts zero is quite straightforward and simple with its pose unlike the more recent Figuarts Zero figures coming out. Aside from the ghosts and the umbrella, Perhona does not come with any other interchangeable parts. Still, she's not very expensive so it is not painful adding her to your collection. We hope you enjoy our product shots and reviews.
You can see more pictures of Perhona and more of our comments below:
As for the figure, I really like this figure despite the not-so-expensive price as a figuarts zero. The quality is good. I do wish, though, that she could have struck a more dynamic pose but the current pose is also good enough for me.
Here are more pictures of Figuarts Zero Perhona (Thriller Bark).
This is a picture of the figure inside the box. It also has an instruction manual on how to install Perhona's umbrella.
This is a picture of the figure outside of the box but still inside the plastic. At first glance, I thought it was difficult to assemble since she had two ghosts and one huge umbrella. But when I put them together, it was relatively easy assembling it.
Close-up of Perhona's face and upper body. Her crown looks good in my opinion.
Close-up of the ghosts and of Perhona's lower body. One of the ghosts actually has a peg that you can attach to the umbrella.
This naughty ghost, on the other hand, just sticks on the base so there is no need to match it with the umbrella.
Perhona's back view. This is what I love about Figuarts Zero figures. They may be cheaper in price but they don't neglect the details.
In conclusion: Figuarts Zero is a wonderful line considering the range of characters that they have. Their price is more affordable than POPs (for One Piece fans). Although I am not a big fan of this figure/character, it would be nice to have her for the sake of completing your One Piece collection.

To give our readers a better idea of the figure, I have included (as usual) the front view, side view, and back view pictures of the item.
